The ascension journey is not a straight line. It is a spiral — a return to truth, to remembrance, to the essence of who we have always been. Each dimension of awareness lifts us higher into our sovereignty, our purpose, and our connection to the Divine.
What follows is my lived journey through these higher-dimensional concepts, from the earliest frequencies of awakening to the expanded reality of cosmic consciousness. Every step has shaped me, humbled me, and illuminated my path.
Below is the order from lowest vibration to highest vibration, followed by the teachings that have carried me home.
Order of Vibrational Ascent
- Sacred
- Faith
- Contemplation
- Karma
- Higher Power
- Mysticism
- Divinity
- Enlightenment
- Cosmic Consciousness

1. SACRED — The First Whisper of Spirit
The sacred is where many of us begin: a moment, a ritual, a breath that feels different. A doorway into something more. For me, the sacred arose through energy work, tantra, and my Reiki attunements. These weren’t just practices — they were initiations. When I connected with others in higher frequencies, my body remembered its own capacity for ecstasy, expansion, and divine communion.
Sacredness is not about dogma. It is about presence. It is about awakening to the truth that your body, your breath, and your relationships can carry spiritual significance.
As Mircea Eliade wrote: “The sacred is not an attribute of things, but a manifestation of reality.”
And once you perceive that reality, the journey begins.
2. FAITH — The Bridge Between the Seen and the Unseen
Faith was complicated for me when I was young. I didn’t understand how to trust in a world filled with pain, violence, and chaos. I saw too much suffering and not enough love. But something shifted after 2012. I heard my purpose whispering. I stepped onto my healing path. And in that moment, God became obvious.
Faith stopped being an intellectual debate and became an embodied knowing.
As Martin Luther King Jr. said: “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”
For me, faith was the step that changed everything.
3. CONTEMPLATION — The Path of Inner Listening
As an introvert and lifelong seeker, contemplation has always been my natural state. The Eightlimb Path of Raja Yoga guided me deeper into self-study, reflection, and the inward gaze. Contemplation is where my healing unfolded most vividly.
It is where the questions became teachers. And where silence became scripture.
Eckhart Tolle reminds us: “To know yourself as the Being underneath the thinker is freedom.”
This freedom grows stronger with every moment of intentional introspection.
4. KARMA — The Sacred Devotion of Service
Karma is more than cause and effect — it is an energetic dialogue with the Universe.
In yoga philosophy, Karma Yoga is service as devotion to God. It is the purest form of love in action. When we uplift others, we uplift ourselves. When we choose kindness, we participate in spiritual evolution. In my own life, I’ve learned that service isn’t sacrifice — it is remembrance.
It reminds me that we are all connected, all in relationship, and all responsible for the frequency we bring to the world.
As the Bhagavad Gita teaches: “Selfless action leads to purification of the mind.”
Service is sovereignty in motion.
5. HIGHER POWER — A Dialogue with the Divine
My connection with a Higher Power began in young adulthood. I prayed, I listened, I asked questions — and slowly, the relationship deepened. But it was through yoga that the doorway opened wider. The first time I experienced shavasana, I saw the universal design — a grid of consciousness, a living intelligence that held everything in place.
Today in meditation, I connect with the Mind of God. It is a conversation without words, a communion without separation. It is where I feel the most like my true self.
As Rumi said: “What you seek is seeking you.”
I feel that deeply every time I sit in silence.
6. MYSTICISM — The Realm of Direct Experience
As a lightworker, medium, and intuitive, mysticism is not an abstract concept — it is my lived reality. Mysticism is the direct encounter with the Divine, without intermediaries. It is the knowing that arrives without explanation. It is the guidance that flows through energy, intuition, and spirit communication.
I have always known I am a Mystic. I have always walked between worlds. And the more I honor this truth, the more the world reveals itself.
Teresa of Ávila wrote: “The soul’s center is God.”
Mysticism is simply the practice of returning to that center.
7. DIVINITY — The Inner Recognition of God Within
I did not fully acknowledge my own divinity until I read A Course in Miracles. When I understood the truth of its teachings, my heart opened like a song.
ACIM says: “You are the light of the world.”
This was the moment I began living from my soul instead of my wounds. Divinity is not arrogance — it is acceptance. It is understanding that God is not external.
Divinity is your natural inheritance.
8. ENLIGHTENMENT — Awakening Layer by Layer
My path through yoga philosophy led me into deep study of the Eightlimb Path — a roadmap to Samadhi, to Nirvana, to transcendence. I learned that we awaken through each chakra, from root to crown. That enlightenment is not a single event, but a series of openings.
Each awakening softened me. Each one released another layer of illusion. Each one refined my understanding of truth.
The Buddha said: “Enlightenment is when the wave realizes it is the ocean.”
I have felt that realization rising within me for years.
9. COSMIC CONSCIOUSNESS — The Multidimensional Self Emerges
The highest vibration I have accessed so far is cosmic consciousness — the awareness of myself as a multidimensional being.
When I opened the Akashic Records, I met my Pleiadian family. I connected with light-beings and guides from beyond this realm. I learned to channel. I remembered who I am across timelines and lifetimes. This expansion has been the most profound part of my ascension.
Cosmic consciousness is the recognition that oneness is the ultimate truth. That we are infinite awareness expressing through a temporary human form.
As Teilhard de Chardin said: “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”
And once you remember that, sovereignty becomes inevitable.
FINAL REFLECTION: Stepping Into Sovereignty
Each of these dimensions has shaped my awakening in a unique way. Each one lifted me into a higher version of myself. And each one brought me closer to sovereignty — the state of living aligned with truth, love, and divine remembrance.
The journey is far from over. I can feel new realities unfolding. I can feel my consciousness expanding. And I know I am not walking alone.
We are ascending together — one breath, one moment, one awakening at a time.
Namaste,
~S
