EXPO VENDORS ~ For-profit and Nonprofit businesses are invited to join this event as a Vendor in our EXPO. Please download the Vendor Registration Form (click the Earth Element Graphic above) and complete both pages of the document. You can either upload and email us your forms, or mail them in with your vendor fees. In addition to your vendor booth, opportunities for Vendors also include becoming an Event Sponsor, or giving away a Paying It Forward Sponsorship to pay for a booth for another like-minded nonprofit or small business you are connected to. Vendors are also welcome to participate as a presenter or workshop facilitator – just let us know what you’d like to present on the Participant Application. Once you have completed your Participant Application and Vendor Registration Form and returned them to us, you will receive a confirmation email to sign our Exhibitor’s Agreement.

Seeking speakers for the conference

WELLNESS PRESENTERS & SPEAKERS ~ If you have a holistic wellness presentation you’d like to offer, we invite you to complete the Participant Application. Please let us know you’re interested in being a part of this and include the title and description of the presentation you’d like to offer for the community in your application. There are no fees for participating only as a speaker, and payment for your talk or workshop will not be available – however, you are welcome to ask for donations at the event from the attendees.

Seeking wellness workshop facilitators

WORKSHOP FACILITATORS ~ We are seeking teaching practitioners in Yoga, Pilates, Restorative Movement, Barre, etc. to offer movement workshops at this event. In addition, we are seeking wellness practitioners to teach hands-on classes in our workshop series. These workshops should be focused on teaching a skill to help our community maintain healthier lifestyles. Please contact the Event Coordinator for details about this opportunity, or complete the Participant Application to let us know you are interested and what type of workshop you’d like to offer.

Seeking healers and massage therapists for the wellness clinic

HEALING PRACTITIONERS ~ We will set up a Healers Clinic to operate and offer healing services for the participants. There is no charge for a healer to participate in the clinic up front, but we do request a small percentage of your income from each day as payment for your space in the event. You are asked to offer 20 to 40 minute sessions of your healing service. We will have a sign up page available prior to the event that will ensure your sessions are filled. Any open sessions can be filled by walk-in clients. Please contact the Event Coordinator for details about this opportunity, or complete the Participant Application to let us know you are interested and what type of healing services you offer.

Seeking spiritual artists, conscious musicians & sound healers

CALL FOR ARTISTS, ART THERAPISTS & SOUND HEALERS ~ For the Healing Media Experience, we are seeking artists who are creating higher vibrational artwork, such as spiritual or energy infused art, sacred geometry and the like. You are invited to sell your artwork at this event – just make sure you’ve selected prices for each piece. Sound healers and frequency musicians are also invited to co-create the Healing Media Experience as you are called to do. Art Therapists are invited to set up an experiential booth in the Healing Media or the Healthy Family sections of the event, to show how creating art and using our creativity helps us heal on a deeper level. Please complete the Participant Application to let us know you’re interested, and be sure upload a sample of your artwork. If you would like to sell your artwork at the event, please let us know so we can set that up for you in the display. Also, if you are not a local artist, we can ship your art to and from the event.

Seeking kidspace creators and wellness activities for kids and families

KIDSPACE CREATORS ~ For our Healthy Family Space, we are looking for vendors that cater to kids, for dancing, singing, fun and games related to holistic wellness, mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, or healthy mindset. If your business does birthday parties and other family-oriented events, we would love to hear from you! Please complete the Participant Application and upload a photo of your best work with kids, as well as your company bio/logo.

VOLUNTEER & PAID PROMOTER OPPORTUNITIES ~ We are looking for dedicated individuals who are willing and able to participate in this event, either as a volunteer or a paid promoter. The promotion opportunities are paid a percentage of the profit per confirmed sale, and are available starting October 1st. Volunteer opportunities are available NOW. We will need about 20 volunteers to help us pull of this event that weekend. More details are coming soon about the volunteer positions that will be available.
