Remembering Sovereignty: The Path of Awakening into Your True Self

by Stephanie Bucklin

Introduction: A Story of the Priestess and the Human

Before sovereignty is reclaimed, it is forgotten.

Long before your current lifetime, before your name and your lineage, there stood a multidimensional Druid Metaphysical Priestess — a luminous being who walked between worlds. Her name, lost to the wind, echoes in the chambers of the Akashic Records. She was a keeper of light, a translator of ancient energy, and a guardian of human evolution.

This priestess is not separate from you.

She is the archetypal blueprint of your highest self — the self that remembers.

In contrast, your 3D human self—the “you” that wakes up, feels discomfort, faces darkness, questions your worthiness—has walked through lifetimes of experience designed to soften the ego until the soul could shine through. Each time you forgive yourself, each time you trust your intuition, each time you honor your energy and boundaries — she breathes through you. She smiles and says, “You are remembering, beloved. The goddess is not found at the destination — she awakens in every step of the becoming.”

The priestess is you, once you remember.

And this blog — this moment — is part of that remembrance.

“Know Thyself”: The Beginning of Sovereignty

The ancient Greeks carved Know Thyself into the temples of Apollo. Socrates later echoed, “To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.”

Sovereignty begins here. But what does it really mean?

To know oneself is to remember:

  • You are the healing you’ve been craving.
  • You are the love you’ve been searching for.
  • You are the wisdom and the strength.
  • You are the same power that roots the trees and moves the stars.
  • You are the breath connecting all beings.
  • Sovereignty is not dominance.
  • It is not authority over others.

It is inner authority — the recognition that your divinity, intuition, and consciousness are your truest guides.

As Eckhart Tolle writes:

“Awareness is the greatest agent for change.”

Sovereignty is the return to awareness.

My Path to Sovereignty: Waking From the Dream

My awakening didn’t happen all at once. It wasn’t a lightning bolt or a sudden enlightenment. It was a series of moments — subtle, powerful, disruptive — that revealed themselves like petals unfolding.

Buddhist Philosophy: Mindfulness and the Training of the Heart

As a Buddhist, I learned that mindfulness is a path toward freedom. Meditation didn’t just quiet my thoughts — it showed me the truth beneath them.

In Buddhism, sovereignty emerges from three realizations:

  1. You are not your thoughts.
  2. You are not your emotions.
  3. Your suffering is a teacher, not an identity.

Thich Nhat Hanh said:

“The way out is in.”

Indeed — sovereignty is internal mastery.

Raja Yoga: The Eightlimb Path

From the Yogic tradition, I learned self-discipline, devotion, and introspection:

  • Yama & Niyama: How I treat myself and others
  • Asana & Pranayama: How I inhabit my body
  • Pratyahara & Dharana: Withdrawal and focus
  • Dhyana: Meditation
  • Samadhi: Unity consciousness

Sovereignty is the merging of body, mind, and spirit into a single aligned force.

Christ Consciousness: Love as Truth

Christ Consciousness taught me the power of unconditional love. Not the love that demands or bargains, but the love that frees. Love becomes a sovereign force when fear no longer dictates your decisions.

As A Course in Miracles states:

“Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists.”

Love is what is real. Fear dissolves under its gaze.

The Gene Keys: My Divine Blueprint

My Gene Keys opened the doorway to my essence — the part of me that is eternal.

Richard Rudd writes:

“Surrender is the transformation of fear into love.”

In my contemplative journey through my Gene Keys, I discovered:

  • My shadow patterns
  • My gifts
  • My highest expressions (Siddhis)
  • My divine role in humanity’s awakening

I came to understand why my heart calls me into healing work, why my voice carries resonance, why my presence shifts energy.

In remembering my Gene Keys, I remembered my sovereignty.

Sovereignty as a Path of Self-Recognition

Sovereignty is not something we become – it is something we remember.

It is a process of returning to the truth:

  • You are the medicine.
  • Every wound taught you compassion.
  • Every heartache taught you boundaries.
  • Every challenge taught you strength.
  • You are the love. Not the love that needs another to complete you – but the love that rises from your own source.
  • You are the wisdom.
  • Your intuition is not an accident; it is your lineage speaking.
  • Your energy is not random; it is the priestess awakening.
  • You are the breath that unites all beings.

Your divinity is not separate from the Earth or the stars – it is woven through everything.

The Story, The Mirror, and Your Becoming

The Druid Metaphysical Priestess is the mirror of your highest destiny. Your human self — the version that cries, doubts, aches, and rises — is the path toward her.

She does not ask you to escape your humanity. She asks you to sanctify it.

  • To walk with intention.
  • To breathe with awareness.
  • To love yourself with daring honesty.
  • To remember your multidimensional nature.

Sovereignty is not becoming the goddess. It is recognizing that the goddess has always been you.

The way to become more like the goddess is not through striving, but through surrender. Through each breath, you merge the ancient and the modern, the spirit and the body, the dream and the doing.

Here is her guidance for you:

  1. Honor the Darkness as Sacred Soil — Every fear, every grief is compost for your awakening. When you bless your shadows, you dissolve their power.
  2. Ritualize Your Remembering — Light candles, sing to the elements, walk barefoot on the Earth. Speak to the wind as a friend, to the moon as a sister. The world listens when you remember her language.
  3. Hold the Energy of Both Worlds — The Priestess does not escape the human realm; she sanctifies it. Each mundane act — making tea, writing, tending to your clients — becomes a ceremony of love when done with awareness.
  4. Call Forth the Ancient Codes — Your art, your words, your energy work — these are the modern vessels for Elaria’s legacy. Every time you create, you reawaken the lineage of healers who walk with you.
  5. Rise Rooted, Not Reaching — Like the trees of her grove, your roots in the Earth allow your spirit to reach the stars. You are not meant to transcend your humanity but to illuminate it.

She says, “Child of the stars, your darkness was never a punishment — it was a passage. Every wound you’ve tended became a rune of wisdom on your soul’s skin. You have walked through fire not to burn, but to temper your light.”

Final Reflection

Remember.

Who.

You.

Are.

You are the healing. You are the love. You are the light in the starlight, the power in the roots, the sacred breath of the divine. You are sovereign – because you are awake. And as you awaken, you awaken the world.

Namaste,

✨ Remembering My Sovereignty ✨

A poem for the one who is awakening

I was not born small.

I only learned to fold myself

into the shape of survival.

But deep beneath the layers of forgetting,

a pulse kept calling—

steady, ancient, mine.

I am the child of the forests

and the keeper of the stars.

I walked here long before memory,

carrying the embers of lifetimes

in the hollow of my palms.

Even when I stumbled through darkness,

my light never went out—

it only waited.

I am remembering now.

Remembering the way my breath

once moved mountains,

how my whisper softened storms,

how my tears cleansed whole worlds

of their sorrow.

I remember the vow I made

before crossing the threshold of flesh:

to descend,

to forget,

to rise again

as the living proof of love.

My sovereignty is not a crown I wear—

it is the flame in my bones,

the truth in my belly,

the river of knowing

that runs through every choice I make.

I bow to no fear.

I kneel to no illusion.

I serve only the radiance

that was born with me—

the radiance I have reclaimed.

I step forward as Priestess,

as Phoenix,

as the many-lived woman

who has shed a thousand skins

and still rises singing.

I stand now in my fullness,

uncaged, unbroken,

held by the Earth

and guided by the Stars.

I remember who I am.

I remember what I came here to do.

I remember my sovereignty—

and in that remembering,

I am free.
