Pay It Forward Sponsorships
As a vendor or sponsor, you are welcome to invite another like-minded business to join this event. Your pay-it-forward sponsorship covers their booth fees, so that they can join us without the investment. This is a perfect gift for a small business that is just starting out, a nonprofit organization that you love, or any company that was hit hard during the pandemic. When you complete your Vendor Registration and sign the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions, you will have a chance to include another vendor in your registration to pay it forward. Optimist sponsors help us acquire services for the event, such as site rentals (table and chairs), catering for our VIP Lounge, and will cover our event performers fees. The marketing benefits for the Optimist Sponsors include:

Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities
Our corporate sponsorship opportunities will be needed to create this beautiful event in it’s entirety. The options for corporations are described below. Silver Sponsors $5,000
Sponsor our EXPO Stage. The Silver level exclusive sponsorship opportunity for our corporate sponsors is to host an Expo Stage Happy Hour event. This is a perfect opportunity for you to showcase your latest products or services to the greatest number of people at our event. You will be given the stage and runway for 30 minutes on Saturday or Sunday to host your happy hour. Present your own 10-minute Keynote on the Main Stage. This is an alcohol-free event, so your Happy Hour could be an appetizer or sports drinks, water bottles or even a free sample of your favorite product.
Gold Sponsors $7,500
Sponsor our VIP Experience to allow us to feed our VIPs with healthy meals. Brush elbows with ALL the practitioners, speakers and healers of the event. Our Gold Sponsors will help cover the expenses of Catering for the two-day event (feeding up to 100 VIPs healthy Lunch & Dinner meals during the event). This is an opportunity to promote to your ideal client market as a B2B company – host a 10×20’ Booth in the EXPO and a display table in the VIP lounge.
Platinum Sponsors $10,000
Sponsor our Online Streaming Service to create the Hybrid Online aspect of our event. Our platinum sponsors will help cover the expenses of the Videographers, equipment rental, and online streaming of the conference and workshops at this event. Your company logo will be visible throughout the event, both on our EXPO Stage Videos (in-person). Platinum Sponsors are also invited to create a short promo video about your business to use in the expo and streaming locations.
