Metta, or loving-kindness meditation, is a powerful practice that fosters compassion, kindness, and peace within ourselves and for all beings. Through this guided session, we will cultivate inner peace and send our collective intentions for global harmony and well-being.

The International Day of Peace, celebrated annually on September 21st, was established by the United Nations as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace. As former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan once said, “Peace is not just the absence of conflict, but the presence of justice, of law, of order—in short, of government.” This day encourages individuals and nations to work toward building a world where peace and unity thrive.
