The term  Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Refunds & Returns Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refunds & Returns Policy of Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC. 

Individual and Business Programs & Services

Digital Products

There are no refunds issued for digital products.

We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Online Training Programs

Your satisfaction with your Program is important to us. While we don’t offer refunds for purchases, certain programs will offer up to, but no more than, a 7-Day 100% money-back guarantee for the Online Training Program purchased. We know how much of a game-changer this approach, tools, and program can be for you if you do the work, so if you (1) follow the money-back guarantee rules spelled out on that programs sales page, (2) send an e-mail to request your money back to catalyst@stephaniebucklin.com and (3) submit all your completed assignments as outlined on the sales page, you’ll be issued a refund. After the guarantee period, no refunds will be issued and full payment or all installment payments are still required and will be collected.

Coaching & Consulting

There are absolutely no refunds on Coaching and Consulting services, because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)

Upon providing deposit or full program payment you are authorizing Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into the program and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.

Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together.  If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time.  If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well. 

If you have paid in advance and cancelled your service at least 24 hours in advance, please contact us by email or phone and we will provide a full refund.

For cancellations within less than 24 hours from the scheduled service, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Workshops and Public Speaking

We do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.

Since workshops and public speaking may require preparation time, travel bookings and other expenses, please contact us by email or phone to reach a fair refund.

Lapsed Services

We understand life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching within an appropriate timeline. However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or have your initial session with six (6) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued. Attempts will be made to provide you with a comparable service through a digital product or online program within one (1) year of your initial payment; however, 1:1 coaching services are not guaranteed as coaching program offerings and pricing may have changed since your initial payment. After one (1) year from your initial payment, you will be required to contract for new and existing coaching services.

A Note on Payment Plans

If you invest with us using a multi-pay or payment plan and you decide to stay in the program, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, program access will be suspended. If you aren’t able to bring your account into good standing within 7 days after that, then we will reluctantly be turning your details over to my friendly collections agency.

Community Events

Vendor Fees

We only offer refunds for vendor fees on a case-by-case basis. Should the vendor be unable to attend, a substitute delegate vendor is welcome at no extra charge. A charge of 10% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations received in writing (or e-mailed with confirmation received) more than 30 business days prior to the start of the event. A charge of 50% of the registration fee will be assessed for cancellations received 15 or less business days prior to the start of the event. Refunds will not be provided for vendor no-shows or last minute cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the start of the event.

Event Sponsorships

Refunds are not available for event sponsors. There are several reasons for this: Once a sponsorship has been procured, those funds are utilized for the event production expenses. In addition, marketing benefits for the sponsor are given within 7 business days via sponsor logo and linkbacks to the sponsor’s website. Finally, as a sponsor of an event, you understand the risk and reward going into the marketing investment.

Attendee Terms & Conditions (For Our Live Events)

Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the Community Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference activities. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present a valid identification with their name and individual/unique email address or be in the Eventbrite Ticket Database, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Producer, Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC. I agree that presenters, staff, volunteers, and attendees of the Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference have the right to a safe and healthy environment free from abusive or inappropriate behavior. I accept that the Host and/or the Producer reserve the right to remove any person acting in an unacceptable or inappropriate manner.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES: All sales are final. No refunds for tickets purchased will be made. Tickets are transferable. Only passes and/or tickets purchased directly from Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference are valid. Tickets may be transferred to another party through the ticketing system utilized by the Producer at no charge. Tickets may not be sold or exchanged for a value greater than the face value of the ticket and will be voided immediately if this is the case (aka no scalping).

EVENT CHANGES: Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference and/or Producer, Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC, may change the scheduled teachers, presenters, performers or change the event date or venue without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. In the event of Force Majeure or Act of God event, or Federal, State, or Local government regulation requiring so, the Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference may be rescheduled or canceled without notice. Accordingly, performance under its contracts becomes impracticable and no cause of action for breach or liability will arise as a consequence of this Force Majeure, Act Of God, or Federal, State, or Local government regulation. Our primary obligation is to provide an event that is safe for all participants – ticket holders, presenters, staff, and vendors. We strongly encourage all participants and attendees to purchase insurance for their personal or business needs in regards to travel and possible cancellation in this time of global uncertainty. This is a rain or shine event. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event Producer.

LIABILITY and HEALTH DISCLAIMER: I understand the risk of contracting Covid or other transmittable illnesses exists in any public space. I agree that the Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or contract Covid or other contagious disease. I accept that my attendance is conditioned on compliance with all health and safety protocols the Festival or the Producer, Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC. decide to implement, and accept they are informed by applicable federal, state and local rules or guidelines. I certify that I have no physical or other impediment that would endanger me while participating. I hereby acknowledge that I understand and accept all of the risks associated with this activity and knowingly agree to release, indemnify, discharge, waive and relinquish Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference (or its agents, employees, volunteers or parent companies or affiliates) from any and all liabilities, claims, or actions for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which may arise out of my participation.

COVID-19 POLICY: While we are taking measures to enhance the safety of our attendees, presenters, staff, and all members of the IWEC and greater Phoenix community as we gather for IWEC2022, there are still risks presented by COVID-19. We have attempted to minimize these risks by holding the event entirely outdoors with opportunities for social distancing, but in an effort to be transparent — and to protect the ability of Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference and its parent company, Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC., to continue to hold transformative events — we require all event participants to read and accept the COVID-19 Liability Waiver below.

EXPECTATIONS: Refrain from shaming, divisiveness, and fighting. Ex: No shaming for mask wearing, no shaming for hugs. Please do not travel to IWEC2022 if you have COVID-19 symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell), have in the past 14 days been in close contact with someone suspected or confirmed as having COVID-19, or you are confirmed or suspected as having COVID-19.When you arrive at IWEC2022, if you have symptoms of COVID-19 you will not be allowed entrance. You will be expected to wash or sanitize your hands regularly and at other times as necessary. We will provide soap and hand sanitizer for your use. You will be expected to participate in and follow our hygiene practices throughout the Spring EXPO.

COVID-19 LIABILITY WAIVER: By purchasing tickets and/or entering the event, all participants acknowledge their acceptance of the following COVID-19 Liability Waiver: Despite Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference and Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC’s efforts to enact health and safety measures, I understand that my participation in the Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference is not without risk in regards to COVID-19. Participation may still pose a risk to my safety and presents an increased risk of exposure to and infection with COVID-19. I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss. I acknowledge that at times students will be in close physical proximity to one another or instructors. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims, including but not limited to claims of negligence. I accept that Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference and Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC will adhere to all federal and state mandates and regulations at the time of the event. This may include but are not limited to: my certification that at the time of entry I have not been diagnosed with, had close contact with someone who was diagnosed with, or exhibited known symptoms of, COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Note: As of February 2022, the event has no plans to impose any vaccination mandate or mask regulation. I acknowledge that shaming, divisiveness, and fighting are grounds for removal from the consciousness evolution conference. I understand that I am tasked with being aware of my mind’s tendency to judge.

PARKING: I understand that use of parking on the street and in facilities in City of Phoenix residential areas is at my own risk. I agree to leave residential drives unobstructed. The Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference, Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC, the City of Phoenix and the Roosevelt School District are not liable for loss or damage to any vehicle or other property or damage to injury to any person or for the prevention of ingress and egress from the parking lots, fields or facilities caused by unauthorized use of the parking lots, fields or facilities.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I grant permission to Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference and Producer, Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC and her agents, to use any/all photos or videos taken of me, the participant, for any Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference promotional purpose, including but not limited to the website, brochures, email broadcasts, photographer/videographer footage or other promotional items.

AGREE TO RECEIVE MARKETING: I agree to be added to the Stephanie Bucklin Consulting LLC’s mailing list and to receive newsletters, updates, and marketing messages. Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference may need to modify the terms of this Agreement and is granted the right to do so at any time. By purchasing this ticket and/or participating in the Integrative Wellness EXPO & Conference, I am agreeing to all the terms stated above. This contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
