Energy healing is used to heal body, mind and spirit. Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique from the Usui tradition, which promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki allows you to release latent energy, balance your energy centers (Chakras), and heal past traumas. During the reiki session, Stephanie uses her hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Stephanie uses her intuitive gifts to “listen” to your energy field and higher self.
