*Psychic Reading Sessions with Stephanie – She has been psychic since childhood, but just recently stepped into these gifts. Stephanie has clairsentient and clairaudient abilities, and she can sense energy in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies (different levels of energy in your field/aura). When these energies are out of alignment or when there is suffering in the physical or emotional levels, she can find the source of these and give you guidance on what to shift. Sessions are available online or in-person if you are local to Phoenix, Arizona.
*Reiki Healing Sessions with Intuitive Guidance – Energy healing for body, mind and spirit. Reiki is an ancient form of healing for the energy systems of the body. It allows you to release latent energy, balance your energy centers (Chakras), and heal past traumas. One-hour session including 15 minutes of intuitive guidance offered following the session, based on the information gathered by our Reiki Practitioner intuitively during the Reiki session. This can be an in-person Reiki service within the greater Phoenix area, or an online service anywhere in the world.
*Private Yoga Instruction Sessions – Creation of a customized yoga session, in order to address tension patterns in the body. Yoga will allow you to balance your energy, heal your body, and focus your mind. 10 minute guided meditation to follow yoga practice. This can be an in-person Yoga service within the greater Phoenix area, or an online service anywhere in the world.
*Optimal Wellness Program 2.0 – Our Optimal Wellness Lifestyle Program 2.0 has been in development since 2014. This 90-day program is focused on helping you reach your wellness goals and transform your life. We help you improve your outlook on life, change your perspectives, and realize your potential. This can be an in-person Coaching service within the greater Phoenix area, or an online service anywhere in the world.
*Help Me Detox My Life! – Supporting a more sustainable lifestyle that will protect you and your family from toxins in your food and environment. This can be an in-person Detox service within the greater Phoenix area, or an online service anywhere in the world.
*Finding Your Bliss with Unconditional Love – Supporting positive heart-centered actions for building self-love and inner peace, which includes resolving character flaws, irrational fears, past traumas, and limiting beliefs. We will work towards aligning to your truth and following your heart with: a Journey of Self Discovery 2-day Retreat, stress mastery techniques, spiritual growth practices, energy field scanning & chakra cleansing, heart-centered guided meditations, and how to speak nicely to your body and self.

*Catalyst for Change Business Services – Offering business coaching and mentorship, supporting small business owners to help empower your greatness as an entrepreneur. Includes small business consultations for the holistic wellness of your business, such as website & social media marketing analysis, service-based bottleneck resolutions, and mastermind group facilitation.
*Green Your Business – become an Environmental Activist at your office, including office evaluation for Green Practices, recommendations for resolving waste or toxicity issues, tips to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible. Includes everything you need to become a Certified Green Business.
*Employee Wellness Programs – based on the Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Services described in the Optimal Wellness Program 2.0, but designed to improve employee productivity, attendance, and morale. These in-person and online services will help business owners and human resource managers to improve the overall health of enrolled employees.
